WELCOME CRAFTERS!

Welcome to the 2025 Festival! Below are important details about your check-in, set-up times, and other information you’ll need for a smooth experience.

Note: We are still accepting crafters for the 2025 Festival. If interested, please click here.

CHECK-IN AND SETUP

  • Crafters can begin setting up on Friday, October 10th at 1:00pm.

  • If you choose to set up Saturday morning (October 11th) instead, please have your vehicle off of festival grounds by 7:30am.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Enter through the Crafter Gate, where signs displaying your tent location will be posted.

  • Unload your vehicle at your booth, then move your vehicle to the designated Crafter Parking Lot to reduce congestion.

BOOTH SETUP GUIDELINES

  • No part of your booth can be attached to the provided festival tents.

  • Your booth must be staffed and operational from 9:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Sunday.

LOOKING AHEAD INTO 2026

  • Renewal packets for 2026 will be distributed on Saturday morning

  • Sign-up for 2026 will begin at 8:00am on Sunday.

SECURITY INFORMATION

We will have paid security on-site overnight (Friday and Saturday nights only) to monitor the festival grounds.

However, please be aware that having items in your booth overnight is at your own risk. The festival cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. It is recommended that you secure or remove any valuable items at the end of each day.

NEED ASSISTANCE?

Volunteers will be onsite during set-up to assist with any questions!

The Craft Coordinator can also be found in the Country Store at the front of the festival if you need further help.
