WELCOME VENDORS!

Welcome to the 2025 Festival! Below are important details about your check-in, set-up times, and other information you’ll need for a smooth experience.

CHECK-IN AND SETUP

  • Vendors can begin setting up on Friday, October 10th at 12:00pm.

  • If you choose to set up Saturday morning (October 11th) instead, please have your vehicle off of festival grounds by 7:30am.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Enter through the Main Gate by the Flagpole, your site location will be designated by a sign.

  • Unload your vehicle at your booth, then move your vehicle to the designated Vendor/Crafter Parking Lot to reduce congestion.

BOOTH SETUP GUIDELINES

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, chairs, tables and other booth materials.

SECURITY INFORMATION

We will have paid security on-site overnight (Friday and Saturday nights only) to monitor the festival grounds.

However, please be aware that having items in your booth overnight is at your own risk. The festival cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. It is recommended that you secure or remove any valuable items at the end of each day.
